Regional Sales Manager (Architectural Hardware) - North India

∙ Achieving the Region’s revenue as per targets defined ∙ Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking. ∙ Key accounts management ∙ Specification management with facade consultants, profile system, architects, builders for on-going & upcoming projects ∙ Marketing activities in the region ∙ New lead management and conversion ∙ Provide quality leadership for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks. ∙ Managing region’s sales and customer relationships. Works in conjunction with the sales team to ensure attention and growth in the key account segments and promotion of company products ∙ Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals ∙ Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations ∙ Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base ∙ Servicing the needs of the existing customers ∙ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market ∙ Collecting customer feedback and market research ∙ Maintain project tracker for follow up of past, present and coming project. ∙ Maintain master funnel report. Requirements: Experience – 10 + Years Location – Delhi/NCR CTC – 12-17L per annum (based on experience) Required Profile: ∙ Must be B.Tech ∙ Preferably from fenestration industry. ∙ Based in Delhi/NCR ∙ Must have active contacts with architects, builders, facade consultants, and fabricators. ∙ Must be open to travel to surrounding regions in North India.
