Regional Sales Manager

Sales Planning & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value targets.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans and beat plans.
• Monitor secondary sales and ensure healthy market off-take.
• Ensure effective implementation of pricing, schemes, and trade policies.

B. Market Development & Channel Expansion

• Expand dealer and sub-dealer network across Lower Assam.
• Identify new markets, towns, and growth pockets.
• Improve brand visibility through on-ground promotional activities.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with key channel partners.

C. Collections & Credit Control

• Ensure timely collections within approved credit limits.
• Monitor outstanding and overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with finance team for reconciliations and credit notes.

D. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, motivate, and develop ASM / TSO / Sales Officer teams.
• Conduct regular reviews, joint market visits, and performance coaching.
• Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.

E. Process & System Implementation

• Ensure 100% adoption of SFA / CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate MIS, forecasts, and market intelligence.
• Drive compliance with company sales processes and policies
