Regional Sales Head


What You’ll Do

schools and government education departments

• Build, train, and manage Area Sales Managers and field sales teams

end-to-end deal closures

• Conduct product demos, workshops, and pilot programs in schools

• Work closely with founders on regional growth and revenue targets

• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance reporting

• Expand SparkVR’s footprint across Central MP districts

B2B / Institutional Sales

• Proven team-building and leadership capability

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned districts
