Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the region. You will be leading, managing, and mentoring the regional sales team while monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams for alignment are key aspects of this role. Building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, preparing and presenting regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, and ensuring compliance with sales policies and procedures are also part of your duties. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel extensively within the region are essential for success in this role. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in Salesforce, strategic planning, performance analysis, team leadership, customer relationship management (CRM), negotiation, market research, and Microsoft Excel.,
