As the Regional Sales & Growth Head at Aakash Educational Services Ltd. (AESL), your primary objective is to drive regional sales growth by enhancing strategic capabilities, improving sales effectiveness, and guiding teams towards achieving business targets while identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. AESL is a renowned name in the test preparation industry, offering coaching for various competitive exams and scholarship tests through a mix of classroom and digital learning solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) and regional growth strategies. - Establish systems and processes to bolster sales execution. - Enhance sales competencies, resources, and personnel to facilitate business expansion. - Guide and coach Area Business Heads in crafting unit-specific strategies. - Collaborate with central teams to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and AOPs for area units. - Drive change management initiatives to support organizational growth. - Conduct regular business analysis to identify performance trends. - Propose business enhancement initiatives for operational efficiency. - Explore micro-markets to uncover new growth opportunities and expansion areas. - Identify capability gaps and provide targeted training to field sales teams. - Enhance sales team productivity and readiness through structured interventions. **Qualification & Experience:** - Education: B.Tech + MBA (preferred) - Experience: 10-12 years in Sales Excellence / Sales Operations - Industries: Consulting, Education, Telecom, FMCG - Skills & Knowledge: Strong business acumen, organizational skills, stakeholder management, interpersonal communication, innovation, and self-drive. **Key Result Areas (KRAs):** - Financial Excellence: AOP Delivery, Revenue Targets - Operational Excellence: Process adherence, Strategic initiatives - People Leadership: Capability improvement, succession planning **Reporting Structure:** - Solid Line: Regional Director (Goal setting, Performance review, Coaching) - Dotted Line: Chief Business Officer (Strategic inputs, Functional guidance) You will interact with National Business Team, Regional Sales Team & Branch Heads, Regional Function Heads, Student Support Centers, Consulting Firms, Sales & Marketing Agencies, Corporate Customers, and Referral Affiliates. **Competencies Required:** - Behavioral Competencies: Customer Orientation, Developing / Managing Others, Delivering Results, Managing Performance, Forward Thinking - Functional Competencies: Analytical Thinking, Strategic Thinking, Sales & Business Development, Sales Training, Sales Revenue Analysis, Data & Analytics Literacy **Benefits:** - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Leave encashment - Life insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund This is a full-time position located at the Regional Office.,
