As a Regional Quality Manager (RQM) South at Siemens Buildings within the Smart Infrastructure Op Co., Siemens Ltd, you will be accountable for the Quality Management Function. Your role involves ensuring the successful delivery of business goals to exceed customer expectations for project quality. You will facilitate continuous improvement and achieve commercial success in operational performance while collaborating with the QM network and various business units to achieve quality business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing a Quality Management System to drive regulatory compliance, project quality, and business targets - Managing KPIs Systems, tracking Non-conformance, driving CAPA and internal audit programs for identification and remediation of deficiencies hindering project quality - Executing the audit program to increase transparency, effectiveness, and efficiency of QM audits - Promoting a quality culture and awareness for continuous improvement, high customer satisfaction, and conformity with standards and regulations - Coordinating the LoA process, maintaining LoA presentation templates, and organizing employee training - Implementing global quality programs and monitoring their effectiveness - Driving NCC (Non-conformation cost) topic across the region, leading RCA & lessons learned initiatives - Initiating, promoting, and controlling strategic, global quality programs to drive the digital transition - Leading NPS initiatives aligning with regional stakeholders and ensuring NPS and CXI measures along the E2E customer journey - Contributing to quality meetings with suppliers and ensuring product safety activities comply with regulations This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries, and the future.
