The main objective of this role is to ensure quality compliance and oversight during the technology transfer of agrochemical processes from R&D to the pilot plant. Your responsibilities will include facilitating and monitoring the technology transfer, reviewing and verifying pilot batch protocols, ensuring documentation compliance, providing on-floor quality support, coordinating analytical method transfer, and conducting training on quality-related procedures. You will play a key role in overseeing the technology transfer of agrochemical or technical grade actives, reviewing pilot batch protocols, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and relevant norms, providing QC support during lab-scale trials, and ensuring adherence to quality and EHS guidelines. Additionally, you will coordinate with QC and R&D for analytical method validation and transfer, ensuring that test methods are validated per agrochemical standards. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should have a B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Agriculture, or a related field, or a B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering. You should have at least 5 years of experience in QA/QC within agrochemical, chemical, or formulation pilot plant environments. A good understanding of agrochemical formulation processes, handling hazardous substances, and familiarity with Indian (CIB&RC) and global regulatory standards will be essential for this role.,

Preferred skills for this role include rule coding experience in platforms such as Aladdin, Charles River (CRD) Bloomberg AIM, Sentinel, etc. Rule testing and alerts monitoring experience would be an added advantage. You will be responsible for producing System Engineering plans and implementing Systems Engineering processes such as requirements management, Interface management, systems integration, assurance, verification and validation, engineering safety, EMC, and RAMS. Your role will involve ensuring the effective delivery of Systems Engineering elements within Projects, including planning, budgeting, and advising teams on adherence to System Engineering processes. You will also provide Technical Assurance expertise, develop system and software models, mentor junior systems engineers, and manage requirements, interfaces, risks, issues, and system architectures. Additionally, you will undertake consultancy assignments, provide advisory support to clients, review tender documentation, present design solutions in meetings, maintain client relationships, and contribute to team development through strategic inputs. Your role will encompass defining scope, requirements, and interfaces environment, as well as working safely in the railway industry, managing requirements with tools like DOORS, and understanding verification and validation principles. To excel in this role, you should hold a relevant Engineering degree, have experience in the Infrastructure industry, be a Chartered engineer, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities. Your understanding of safety critical systems, system design philosophy, and experience in leading multidisciplinary projects will be essential.
