Regional Program Manager - Supply Chain Finance

As the User Experience Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless interactions and high customer satisfaction across all products. This involves taking full ownership of the user experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving digital penetration of customers through various initiatives and projects to enhance online engagement. - Implementing data collection processes with validations to reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) and improve data quality. - Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying product gaps, and generating innovative ideas to grow market share and enhance customer satisfaction. - Researching and staying updated on technological trends to explore how to incorporate them into product development. - Facilitating team input at various stages of product development and design to ensure well-rounded solutions. - Defining and analyzing performance metrics, preparing project status reports, and assessing feature success. - Conceptualizing, implementing, and leading technological advancement and digital transformation projects to enhance product offerings, client satisfaction, and reduce credit risk. - Ensuring strict compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations, company processes, policies, and reporting systems. - Conducting thorough market analysis to identify emerging SME trends and opportunities for product innovation. - Continuously assessing competitor products and strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to inform product enhancements and updates. - Developing and maintaining a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs.
