Regional Program Manager (Healthcare)

As a Project Coordinator, your role will involve inter-district coordination with stakeholders across the project geography and maintaining relationships with customers/hospitals. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting regular on-site visits to analyze gaps in current implementations - Training project coordinators and staff at the spoke Train the Hubs, aligning them with the spokes - Planning, organizing data, creating monthly reports, and conducting reviews with district authorities - Developing project coordinators to ensure deliverables are up to the mark and on time - Monitoring and assigning resources appropriately to maximize project efficiency - Forecasting project outcomes and escalating issues promptly based on project work plans Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any stream - An MBA in any related field is a plus Desirable Competencies: - Excellent verbal and efficient written communication for client-facing roles - Ability to foster collaborative relationships with customers and stakeholders - Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities - Understanding the healthcare market is an added advantage - Strong MS Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and IT Literacy - Skilled in prioritizing and meeting deadlines without compromising the high standard of quality Location: Nagpur, Aurangabad, Nashik,
