Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Regional Medical And Scientific Affairs Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in managing medical and scientific affairs.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide scientific support and training to customers and internal teams.
Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of medical and scientific affairs, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
