Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial leader to drive B2B business development, while also leading regional team development and coordinating operational execution of new processing centers. This role combines frontline sales, strategic partnerships, and field team building. The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month structured training in Noida before transitioning into a Regional Head Generator Growth & Operations role based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard industrial scrap generators across regions Lead the planning and execution of new processing center setups across key regions Pitch RecommerceXs offerings and build long-term sourcing relationships Engage with procurement leaders, plant managers, and operational heads Ensure supply quality, documentation, and traceability standards Build, train, and manage a regional team focused on generator onboarding, documentation, and compliance Coach team members on B2B relationship management, process execution, and commercial negotiations. Establish team performance KPIs and drive accountability on the ground. Promote a strong culture of ownership, agility, and continuous learning. Collaborate with logistics and processing teams to ensure timely pickups and issue resolution. Implement SOPs and process improvements to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery. Training & Career Path: 3-month structured training program in Noida, covering all facets of processing operations, logistics, and team leadership. Upon successful completion and performance review, the role will transition into a Regional Head - Operations, managing multi-site operations across a key geography. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong experience in B2B sales, vendor onboarding, or industrial client acquisition High Ownership, team-building and people management experience, preferably in field roles Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and resilience Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with ops, finance, and compliance teams Qualifications & Experience: MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, IIMs, ISB, etc.) preferred. 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, logistics, or supply chain roles, preferably with a B2B or industrial background. Comfortable with extensive travel across locations, sometimes on short notice. Ability to manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously with high accountability.
