Role & responsibilities: Zonal Key Account Management Growth in Existing Key Accounts Margin delivery TAT Vs DSL (Delivery Efficiency) Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Fleet owners, brokers, transportation companies and customers Sales & credit control: Achieve agreed sales plan segment-wise / quarter wise along with delivery of margins as per annual business plan. Ensuring 100% collection as per agreed norms / pay terms Vendor Development & Management New Vendor Development Vendor Audit - Review/ Evaluation Tracking the Vendor Payment (Advance and Balance) Vendor Bills Verifications with POD enclosed Operations Responsible for Zonal budget, Profit and loss of the existing businesses Taking care of transportation activities - line haul & local transportation movement for FTL (Full Truck Load) Indent Vs Actual Placement Monitoring Ontime POD submission (Ensure the POD shall not be exceed 15days) Ensuring CN tracking and updation to Customers Monitoring CN entry in TMS Good POD Updation Ensuring ontime Bill Submission (Next day from receipt of bills) Collection support MIS & Reports Daily MIS of Vehicle placement Vendor Advance track report Vendor bill V/s unbill & Follow up Team Management & Development Manage, coach and develop a high performing team Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport
