Job Description

In this role at Medtronic, you will be responsible for leading a sales team within a specified region to achieve sales targets and develop business strategies for existing and potential accounts. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing the sales team, building strong relationships with key account personnel, identifying opportunities for new programs, and coaching sales representatives on product knowledge and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Plans, directs, and monitors sales team activities to achieve established sales targets. - Develops and implements business strategies for existing and potential accounts. - Manages the day-to-day activities of the sales team to implement the organization's sales strategy. - Builds and maintains strong relationships with key account personnel to support selling and market development efforts. - Identifies opportunities and develops new programs to increase market share. - Coaches sales representatives on product knowledge, marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and sales techniques. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (B pharma/Btech/BCA/BSc) and a minimum of 9-12 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare field.
