Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Will be Responsible for Mining Products line sales, spare parts management and services, continuous improvements to increase our reach and market share.
  • Lead with example the entire sales of region.
  • Monitor all commercial coal blocks and projects to see business opportunities .
  • Closely interact with HO for forecast, inputs based on which new products development and capacities to be decided.
  • 100 % compliance to legal requirement
  • Liaisoning with all key officials of customer and respective internal stakeholders to achieve and ensure equipment availability and performance.
  • Increase Spares parts business market share.
  • Plan and annual forecast for machines and spares.

Technical Skills:


  • In depth knowledge of products related to UG mining segment market both metals and non metal.
  • Understand, analyse and implement the improvements needed in products to align with market needs.
  • Monitoring the Performance of supplied machines supplied.
  • Close involvement in Market Analysis.
  • Experience of working in mines will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile


  • Sales or Mkt. experience of working with OEMs in Mining segment equipment /related products
