Job Specification : To undertake all activities related to Project Management of the prototypes, products and projects being undertaken by Defence Department including feasibility studies at the RFP Level Skill Requirement: 1. Be familiar with the technical trends in manufacturing and requirements of the Armed Forces with respect MIL equipment being manufactured. 2. Study and familiarize the project specifications from prototype design, performance standards and MIL- equipment to be developed including its operations, testing and trials requirements 3. Develop understanding of product line and make necessary engineering calculations to support execution to internal and external teams. 4. Provides input for product feature enhancements and process improvements. Ensure yearly target of manufacture are met. 5. Assumes the primary technical relationship with the customer and maintain external key accounts to coordinate all activities with the customer. Coordinate and implement all the engineering duties and external procedures as process owner till product is delivered. 6. Prepare and Control project plan by periodic reviewing, specifications, plans and schedule changes, recommending actions, maintains project schedule by monitoring progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems 7. Interaction with support vendors and suppliers to ensure prototypes/ deliverables are completed as per the project plan and timelines.
