Supervise and lead the survey team to conduct surface and underground surveys for development and production activities. Ensure compliance with DGMS and other statutory requirements related to mine surveying. Mine Regulations, DGMS rules. Required Candidate profile Proficient in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, GIS, and survey software.Knowledge of Mine Regulations, DGMS rules, and environmental standards.Experience in open-cast or underground mining operations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: He will lead all aspects of the greenfield underground Coal Mine - to develop a detailed project plan. ensure successful execution and management of the project which would include project design, erection, commissioning to commercial production & post commissioning operations. This will also include mine planning -approval of statutory Mine Plan, timely obtaining of required regulatory approvals i.e. Forest Clearance, Environment Clearance, CTE/CTO etc. liaising with government bodies such as the Ministry of Coal, CMPDI, Local Administration Coal Controller, State Pollution Control Bored, etc. The role will also involve overseeing geological surveys, land acquisition, CSR initiatives and maintaining positive community relation. Ensure all project expenditure is properly forecast, controlled/ monitored and complete in line with the project budget. Establish project teams coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff. He will also be responsible for ensuring the health, safety & environmental standards are fully considered in the project execution & measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
