Regional Manager - Restaurant Operations

We are looking for a Regional Manager (Delhi NCR) to oversee operations across our cafes, ensure smooth coordination among teams, and drive performance through strong leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of all Delhi NCR cafes to ensure smooth functioning and guest satisfaction and ensure all SOPs (Service, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Safety, Cash Handling) are being followed across locations.
• People & Team Management: Lead and mentor Café Managers, Supervisors, and their teams while also conducting regular reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
• Financial & Cost Control: Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability across outlets and implement cost control measures (food cost, wastage, labour, utilities) while maintaining quality.
• Sales & Community Engagement: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and new initiatives to improve revenue while also maintaining strong relationships with guests and ensuring feedback loops are implemented.
• Reporting & Communication: Share weekly reports on sales, expenses, team performance, and challenges with senior management.
• Leadership Role: Act as a bridge between operations teams and senior leadership. Take ownership of challenges and ensure timely problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 6–10 years of proven F&B/Restaurant Operations experience (multi-outlet preferred).
• Strong leadership, people management, and financial acumen.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and lead teams with empathy.
• Passionate about food, sustainability, and building communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
