Job Description

Implement contract procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site surveys and provide inputs for CAD drawings.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Maintain strong client relations and communication.
Lead, monitor, and motivate installation teams (in-house & subcontractors).
Perform site visits, audits, and quality checks.
Manage projects to meet timelines, quality, and client expectations.
Plan and administer materials/commodities effectively.
Address snagging issues and coordinate toolbox talks.
Hand over projects with proper documentation.
Work across multiple sites, ensuring accurate surveys for material orders.
Report leftover material post-handover to optimize costs and profits.
Stay updated on CDM and HSE regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in installation & commissioning of Escalators/Elevators/Lifts.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical) degree required; relevant certifications an asset.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
