Regional Manager

We are looking for a female Regional Manager to oversee business operations in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned region.
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional team.
• Ensure compliance with company polices, procedures and standards

Qualifications & Skills :

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable insight .

Locations : Bangalore, Delhi and Patna

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Master's (Preferred)
