Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Regional Manager (Female) with strong expertise in the Client Relationship Management, Client handling, pre-sales activities, team building & management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving growth in areas such as software development, IT consulting, e-Governance solutions, cloud services, security surveillance solutions and digital transformation projects. She will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing technical-commercial proposals, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in IT solutions, software applications, and digital transformation projects, especially in government and enterprise sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze technology trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client requirements.
  • Develop and present technical and business proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, project bids, and presentations.
  • Engage with government departments, PSUs, and private enterprises for IT/e-Governance project discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Project Management, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure alignment in client solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including pre-sales discussions, proposal preparation, tender management and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and provide periodic business performance reports to management.
  • Represent the company in IT industry events, government conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development / Pre-Sales / Client Engagement.

Other Requirements:

  • Female candidates only (as per organizational preference).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, project discussions, and conferences.
  • Professional integrity, result-driven mindset, and ability to handle high-value projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
