Job Description

You will be responsible for the Point of Care (PoC) portfolio of the Diagnostics business at Siemens Healthineers India. As a Regional Manager for EAST India, your role will involve leading and developing a high-performing sales team while enhancing sales processes and strategies within your designated region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets. - Providing leadership and support to ensure high motivation and performance levels within the sales team. - Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the North region. - Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities. - Cultivating strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and channel partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction. - Collaborating with internal departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. - Evaluating and optimizing sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Implementing sales tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve sales performance tracking. - Monitoring sales performance metrics, including targets, KPIs, and pipeline activity to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement. - Maintaining a thorough understanding of Siemens Healthineers" Point of Care product portfolio. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to Point of Care. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles. - Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in developing effective sales strategies. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in diagnostics, critical care, or med-tech sectors is highly desirable. - Willingness to travel extensively for the effectiveness of this role. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.,
