Regional Manager – Kerala
Qualifications
Degree or above in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a field or regional role
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee sales operations across assigned regions in Kerala
Lead, mentor, and coordinate the regional sales team to drive high performance
Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth in the assigned region
Conduct regular market visits and client meetings, with frequent travel across Kerala
Requirements
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership and team-handling capability
Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹439,893.60 - ₹1,893,256.60 per year
