Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing achievement of month-on-month sales targets and market beating growth on product-wise / value-wise primary and secondary sales. This includes effective planning of resources, distribution management, customer relation management, and control on expenses. You will also be implementing the company's promotional strategies and ensuring desired outcomes are achieved. Additionally, you will prepare budgets, align resource plans to meet business objectives, and develop and execute market intelligence plans.
