Job Description

Lead and manage regional operations with integrity, ownership, and strategic vision.
Supervise Program Managers & Emergency Management Executives to achieve performance metrics.
Develop and implement regional strategies to optimize emergency service response and coverage.
Represent the region in business review meetings and liaise with stakeholders, govt. authorities, and partners.
Monitor key operational drivers: response time, ambulance uptime, fuel efficiency, and service quality.
Ensure compliance with processes, financial controls, and training schedules.
Motivate, mentor, and develop the regional team for high performance.

Requirements:

Postgraduate with 812 years of experience in Operations/ logistic/ Fleet management/ Manpower handling
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle regional-level operations with financial and people management accountability.
