 Regional Manager - Affordable Housing 
 Job Purpose 
Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Manage a team of 20 on-role and 35 off-role members to achieve goals set by management.
  • Track daily numbers of the region with the allocated team to ensure daily logins happen across the region, and review daily login and approval from reports shared by Head Office.
  • Ensure that all resources in the region have enough leads to do business.
  • Review disbursement of sales managers every alternative day.
  • Responsible for business area expansion through geo-extension and engagement with channel partners.
  • Review call center leads and business conversion.
  • Ensure minimum productivity of both on-role and off-role teams is met.
  • Ensure delivery of the right product and program as per AOP plan mentioned.
  • Responsible for recruitment and training of all new team members.
  • Manage collections of the acquired portfolio (Sales & Collect Model).

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
     Qualifications 
  • Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (graduates with experience of 8-10 years may also apply).

  •  Work Experience 
  • Relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (graduates with experience of 5-6 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments or corporate sales experience.
  • Prior and relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically with personal loans, business loans, or loans against/purchase of commercial properties.
  • Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
  • Excellent relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and profitability.
  • High motivational levels; must be a self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
