Regional Logistics Manager

As a Warehouse/CFA Manager in the FMCG industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling warehouse operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Your primary duties will include managing warehouse activities such as timely dispatch of sales orders, maintaining quality control, ensuring FIFO compliance, coordinating with depots for stock reconciliation, conducting cycle counts, and monitoring service levels and costs against budgets. You will also be tasked with handling unwanted or obsolete materials, coordinating with the mother warehouse and sales teams for efficient planning and dispatch, maintaining proper documentation, liaising with transport service providers, and promptly addressing customer queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing returns stock verification, selling scrap or obsolete material, training and supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and warehouse processes. In terms of cost control, you will need to review and benchmark secondary freight, manpower, and warehouse space costs periodically, while also managing and selling scrap or obsolete material as per established processes. The ideal candidate for this role would be a Graduate/MBA/CA with 8-10 years of experience in warehouse/CFA operations, familiarity with handling local transporters, proficiency in ERP-SAP and MS Excel, and fluency in the local language.,
