Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all legal matters (litigation and non-litigation) for the Mumbai region

• Draft, review, and manage all contracts and legal documentation

• Handle RERA documentation, registration, and ongoing compliance

• Provide end-to-end legal support across the project lifecycle, including dispute resolution

• Conduct title due diligence and manage legal due diligence for property acquisitions and redevelopment projects, in coordination with external counsel

• Review and advise on financing documents

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements and maintain related databases/MIS

• Coordinate and strategize litigation matters, including pleadings, filings, and representation before relevant forums

• Advise and guide internal stakeholders on legal issues
