Lead and manage all legal matters (litigation and non-litigation) for the Mumbai region
Draft, review, and manage all contracts and legal documentation
Handle RERA documentation, registration, and ongoing compliance
Provide end-to-end legal support across the project lifecycle, including dispute resolution
Conduct title due diligence and manage legal due diligence for property acquisitions and redevelopment projects, in coordination with external counsel
Review and advise on financing documents
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements and maintain related databases/MIS
Coordinate and strategize litigation matters, including pleadings, filings, and representation before relevant forums
Advise and guide internal stakeholders on legal issues
