Your responsibilities include drafting and reviewing various agreements such as development agreements, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, joint development agreements, redevelopment contracts, MoUs, Leave & License Agreements, RERA documentation, agreements for sale, sale deeds, property transfer documents, society resolutions, indemnities, title documents, title reports, search summaries, and legal opinions. In addition, you will conduct and supervise title due diligence for land parcels, buildings, and redevelopment projects, coordinate with clients, developers, societies, architects, and sub-registrars, provide support in structuring real estate transactions, manage RERA compliance documentation and society representation, ensure version control of documentation, and track timelines for execution.
