As a Sales and Business Development Manager in the fire and security products industry, you will be responsible for leading a team and driving profitable growth in the assigned region. Your role will involve expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, managing P&L, and mentoring the team for enhanced productivity. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading and managing the sales and business development staff in the assigned region. - Expanding the customer base by managing relationships with channels, consultants, architects, and end users. - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and business development targets. - Guiding the team to proactively engage with channels, consultants/architects, and end users. - Managing the profit and loss responsibilities for the region to ensure profitable growth. - Motivating and driving the regional team to generate new business opportunities. - Conducting periodic performance reviews and mentoring the team to improve their skills. - Leading and grooming existing team members for enhanced productivity and results.
