Role Title - Account Manager Designation - Sr. Manager Department - Business Development Location - Pune JOB OVERVIEW: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating deals to meet revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. Create Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate target markets and generate leads. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Identify key decision-makers within target companies and establish rapport to initiate business discussions. Nurture Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide relevant solutions. Proactively address client concerns and provide timely support to maintain positive relationships. Implement customer retention strategies to maximize client lifetime value and minimize churn. Manage Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables. Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and drive revenue growth. A graduate or post-graduate degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
