About The Role:

Regional Key Accounts Sales Manager


Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national objectives.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the beverage category.

Market Expansion & Channel Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Expand and optimize distribution network, including appointing and managing channel partners.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Beverage Sales Specialists and field executives.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure execution of market activities.

Customer & Distributor Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, & HoReCa.
  • Oversee distributor ROI, stock planning, order execution, and payment collections.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in FMCG/Beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or similar leadership role.
  • Proven experience in channel management.
  • Strong understanding of the beverage market dynamics in the region.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
