Regional IT Support

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional IT Support to manage IT operations across our branches in the region. This role is critical in ensuring seamless technology integration, operational efficiency, and secure digital services that empower financial inclusion.

Job Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh & Gulbarga, Karnataka

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee regional IT systems including servers, networks, and branch-level hardware/software support. Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for branch staff and coordinate with central IT for escalations. To Provide ( L1 Support)

Drive regional IT initiatives such as system upgrades, branch automation, and digital onboarding. This position involves travel across branches

Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure adherence to data protection regulations.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and asset management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT management, preferably in NBFC /Banking or microfinance.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems, mobile platforms, and network administration.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards.
