Local geographic familiarity and language proficiency are essential. Role Overview: As a Regional Admin Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, branch expansion, lease management, and vendor coordination across multiple microfinance branches in your region. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and timely execution of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Branch Expansion & Setup Identify suitable premises (preferably ground floor), negotiate lease terms, and submit proposals for approval. Ensure lease agreements are executed and registered within 10 working days of approval. Coordinate with landlords to complete infrastructure requirements (e.g., strong room, flooring, pantry) within 45 days. Branch Launch & Reopening Follow up on CAPEX deliveries and counter works. Ensure new branches are operational within 90 days of approval or vacation notice. Lease & Compliance Management Secure lease renewals for branches, guesthouses, and regional offices at least 6 months in advance. Ensure rent revisions remain within approved limits. Administrative Oversight Address and resolve admin-related issues. Maintain branch ambience and cleanliness (including deep cleaning as per SOP). Conduct quarterly branch visits and submit detailed reports. Vendor & Payment Coordination Verify and process vendor invoices and bills promptly.
