Job Description

  • Fund Raising & Investor Engagement
  • Lead fund raising initiatives by building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, distributors, and financial partners across India starting
  • with Pune region.
  • Develop strategies to enhance investor trust, engagement, and long-term partnerships.
  • Investor Relationship Management
  • Build and strengthen relationships with individual investors, HNIs, distributors, and financial partners.
  • Ensure strong investor engagement programs to enhance retention and repeat investments.
  • Represent Prachay as a trusted NBFC partner for investors and stakeholders.
  • Leadership & Team Management
  • Build, manage and motivate a large team of professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and structured performance reviews to the team.
  • Build a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-centricity.
  • Business Development & Market Strategy
  • Identify and develop new channels and opportunities for liability / investment mobilization.
  • Implement strategies for expanding investor base while ensuring 100% regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor regional KPIs and align fund raising targets with overall NBFC objectives.

Skills And Knowledge

  • Proven expertise in fund raising and liability / investment mobilization.
  • Strong leadership and ability to set up / handle large teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with pleasing personality and professional mannerisms
  • Strategic mindset with ability to build investor trust and sustainable partnerships

Experience Background

  • Strong exposure in Housing Loans, Liability Products, Mutual Fund or Insurance sales.
  • Proven track record of handling teams of 50+ members. Preference for candidates who have experience in building / setting up teams.
  • Retail finance industry background (Housing loan, Insurance, Liability products)
  • B2C sales and customer relationship management exposure

Education Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration
