Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for stores, RO, and roaming employees in the region.
Ensure timely onboarding and induction of new hires.
Coordinate with store, RO, and roaming employees to track attendance and share reports with the HO team.
Maintain employee records and ensure timely submission of RAG, Attendance, and Compliance reports.
Address employee queries related to ESI and EPF and provide necessary support.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented across all regional locations.
Regularly visit stores in various locations to monitor compliance and employee well-being.
Act as the point of contact for all HR-related queries at the regional level.
Address workplace concerns, enhance engagement, and support in grievance resolution in coordination with the corporate HR team.
Ensure timely coordination with the HO team on all HR matters.
Share required reports on a scheduled basis to maintain transparency and alignment with corporate HR goals.

The Regional HR will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR functions across stores, regional offices (RO), and roaming employees in Andhra Pradesh. The role requires expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, grievance handling, compliance, and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workforce at the regional level.
