❖ Visit schools across Telangana to promote our school uniform brand and secure uniform supply contracts.
❖ Manage and lead the regional sales team to achieve set targets and ensure high performance.
❖ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market reach.
❖ Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers for long-term business.
❖ Coordinate with internal production, logistics, and management teams for smooth order execution.
❖ Resolve customer concerns and challenges with a positive and solution-focused mindset.
❖ Ensure all commitments made to schools are fulfilled on time with quality service.
❖ Track sales performance and share regular reports and updates with management.
❖ Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
❖ Maintain an optimistic, proactive, and productive work approach to support business goals.
Qualifications & Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales (apparel, textiles, or school-related products) added advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams to meet targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English (Telugu) added advantage.
