Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead the sales and distribution activities in a specific region, drive revenue growth, build distribution networks, and ensure the company's products reach the market effectively. Key focus areas are : Distribution Management / DNE Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall company goals Expand and optimize distributor networks, ensuring product availability in urban, rural markets. Identify new business opportunities and unexplored markets within the region Achieve sales volume, market share, and profitability targets Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners. Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular sales reports Cross-Functional Coordination and Competitor analysis Preferred candidate profile Deep understanding of FMCG distribution models Agility to adapt strategies based on market dynamics Proficiency in sales forecasting and budget management Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Strong leadership and team management skills
