Key responsibilities

• Strategy and growth:

  Develop and execute regional strategies to meet business growth, revenue, and profitability targets. Identify market opportunities to expand the business banking portfolio.

• Team leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and manage relationship managers, portfolio managers, and support staff. Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching.

• Talent management:

  Drive talent acquisition, training, and succession planning for the regional team.

• Client and stakeholder management:

  Build and maintain relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders.

• Portfolio and risk management:

  Oversee the management of the regional loan portfolio and ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk management standards.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with other departments like Product, Operations, Sales, IT, and Credit to ensure alignment and achieve objectives.
