Position: Regional Head - Agency Channel

Location: Bhagalpur, Bihar

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate a team of ADMs
Drive agency recruitment and life insurance sales
Achieve monthly/annual business targets
Ensure agent productivity and persistency
Conduct market development and local initiatives

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 6 - 10 years in life insurance sales
Minimum 23 years in a regional leadership role
Strong local market knowledge of Bhagalpur
Excellent team management and communication skills
