Regional Finance Manager

As a Regional Finance Manager at an Education Group in Bangalore, your role will involve overseeing all financial information and ensuring accurate reporting for all legal entities in India. Your responsibilities will include: - Statutory control to ensure compliance with financial regulations - Reviewing and controlling financial transactions for accuracy - Establishing and maintaining internal controls and compliance environment - Managing cash flow and Capex - Collaborating with the Group finance team for integrating acquired schools into Company's processes - Implementing accounting policies and group policies To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance operational experience in a commercial environment - Strong understanding of tax, statutory accounting, and financial control best practices - Proficiency in IFRS and technical accounting skills - Fluency in English - Ability to set policy and direction, manage varied workload, and meet deadlines - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence key stakeholders - Flexibility, multi-tasking mindset, and adaptability to shifting priorities - Understanding of balancing control and operational freedom for schools - International experience is preferred - Willingness to travel across the region Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted, and background verification will be conducted for the selected candidate.,
