Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers for various insurance products.
  • Conduct field visits to explain product features and close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with consistent performance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum knowledge in insurance sales (Life/Health/General).

  • Male candidates only

    (field sales requirement).
  • Must be

    fluent in the regional language

    (Tamil for Chennai/Coimbatore).
  • Must possess a

    valid driving licence

    and

    own a two-wheeler

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
