Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Biodele, you will be instrumental in boosting sales for sustainable packaging solutions in Southern India. Your main focus will be on engaging with three key customer segments: Supply Chain Partners, Food Service Establishments, and Institutional Clients. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales growth and meet targets within the Supply Chain Partners (B2B Distribution), Food Service Establishments (B2B Direct), and Institutional Clients (B2B Enterprise) segments. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through regular field visits. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure high retention rates. - Submit daily reports from field visits and adhere strictly to company SOPs set by administration. - Craft tailored proposals for diverse customer segments. Qualifications: - 3+ years of sales experience within the food packaging, disposables, or hospitality industry. - Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and expanding client portfolios. - Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory requirement). - Possess a motorcycle/scooter for field visits and a laptop. - Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, TeleCRM, and Zoho CRM. - Self-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. - Residing in Bengaluru with the flexibility to travel across the Southern Region.
