Job Description: Executive Regional Corporate Sales Function: Sales Reporting to: Head Corporate Sales Officer Job Details: To drive the institutional sales across regions in alignment with the overall business strategy to effectively manage the sales, operations, marketing & administration of the Institutional sales Job Requirements Education: Graduate Relevant Experience: 5 - 6 years Behavioral Skills: Sales orientation Customer centricity Commitment and ownership Negotiation skills Result orientation Knowledge Understanding of latest corporate gifting trends across industries Process ContributionsProcess ContributionProcess OutcomePerformance MeasureSales: Business Development: Opportunity Study Identify and develop new product ranges and offerings to enter new businesses based on customer demand with coordination from all the relevant internal stakeholders on regular basis ¢ New opportunities explored ¢ New clients acquired Additional revenue contributed Performance on new businessesSales: Pricing Strategy: Discount Negotiation Consolidate discount requests from key accounts or customers and route it to the respective regional managers in cases of discounts exceeding the allowable limit Escalate matters to senior management during rejection of proposals or if there is a requirement for negotiation relating to discounts offered ¢ Optimised discount approval Number of negotiations within discount limitsSales: Sales Order Management: Customer Coordination Identify the requirements and potential business opportunities from the customers and propose solutions either from the existing product portfolio or by placing a customised order Search for business opportunities by conducting frequent visits and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers ¢ Number of Enquiries addressed ¢ New clients acquired Adherence to SLASales: Sales Order Management: Query Management Coordinate with the channel teams to garner response to the queries posed by the customers seeking clarifications on the solutions provided ¢ Timely response to customers Customer satisfactionSales: Sales Order Management: Field Sales Enquiry Initiate cold calls with potential customers to understand their requirements Formulate and customise proposals for the customers based on the initial understanding of the requirements Analyse data from third party sources like D&B to identify the potential customers and propensity of sales ¢ Number of Enquiries addressed Adherence to SLA
