Regional Director

Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to oversee its South India operations. This leadership role combines strategic business development with hands-on operational oversight across multiple hospitality and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be based in Bangalore and bring strong project governance, client engagement, and team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Operations (80%)

•Oversee day-to-day execution of 3 active projects across South India

•Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and budget adherence

•Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, site leads, and vendors

•Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to leadership

•Maintain compliance with client standards, safety norms, and regulatory frameworks

•Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews

Business Development (20%)

•Support client retention and account growth initiatives

•Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts

•Collaborate with leadership on regional expansion strategy

Candidate Profile

•15-20 years of experience in project delivery, operations, or regional leadership roles

•Proven track record in managing multi-site projects, preferably in hospitality, infrastructure, or real estate

•Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships

•Excellent team leadership and conflict resolution abilities

•Familiarity with South India geography and vendor ecosystem

•MBA or equivalent preferred

Preferred Background

•Hospitality groups, EPC firms, or real estate developers

•Regional heads or senior project leaders with multi-site exposure

•Candidates with experience in client account management and operational scale-up.
