Regional CRM Manager

Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, you will be responsible for scanning and analyzing the current and past database of queries, requests, and complaints across platforms to synthesize insights and understand customer concerns. Key Responsibilities: - Utilizing CRM technology and relevant tools to gather, interpret, and manage data points effectively for executing CRM activities. - Overseeing the setup of CRM software in new stores to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while coordinating with the technical team. - Training store staff on CRM operations, highlighting the benefits, processes, and importance of generating in-store data to enhance customer engagement. - Monitoring CRM performance by analyzing metrics related to customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, and reporting findings to senior management for strategy refinement. - Following up on customer feedback, using CRM insights to address concerns, close feedback loops, and continuously improve the customer experience. Qualifications Required: - Experience in utilizing CRM technology and tools effectively. - Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage data for CRM activities. - Excellent communication skills to train store staff and report findings to senior management. - Ability to work full-time on a permanent basis at the designated in-person work location.,
