Regional Business Manager

As the Regional Business Manager for DST & DSA in the NBFC/HFC - Affordable Housing industry, your role will involve managing the entire Mumbai region with over 20 years of total work experience. Your background in Affordable Housing Finance/Housing Loans/Mortgage from established NBFCs or HFCs will be crucial, along with a deep understanding of the Mumbai market. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and expand the DST & DSA network across Mumbai with a strong focus on productivity. - Build and maintain builder relationships, recruit, train, and manage channel partners and DST employees. - Plan and execute local campaigns and marketing activities for lead generation. - Achieve and exceed regional business targets for affordable housing loans. - Advise customers on their mortgage/loan requirements, ensuring proper product fitment. - Assess and comprehend risk inherent to customer segments, maintain knowledge of internal processes, and ensure quality sourcing aligned with policies. - Lead the team, strengthen the region's presence through strategic initiatives, and prioritize tasks effectively. Qualifications Required: - Strong command over DST & DSA channel management - Ability to drive business volume in affordable housing loans - Proven track record of scaling channels across the region - Team management and leadership capabilities - Strong relationship management with channel partners - Compliance awareness related to housing finance Product Mix/Ticket Size: - Product Focus: Affordable Housing Loans & LAP (if applicable) - Ticket Size: Up to 25 to 30 Lakhs Additional Company Details: Preference for candidates with stable tenure and strong Mumbai market connections. Candidates must have handled mid-large volume affordable housing businesses. Candidates managing 5-6 branches in Mumbai are not required for this role.,
