Role & responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership Oversee sales and business development for Housing Loan products across all branches in the assigned region. Drive the establishment and growth of the Easy brand in the market. Business Planning & Revenue Management Design the regional business development strategy in consultation with the Zonal Manager. Identify and define revenue generation targets aligned with national goals and cascade them to respective districts. Branch Profitability & Product Innovation Ensure branch-level profitability across the region. Explore new channel development and introduce localized products to boost business growth. Sales & Financial Planning Develop and execute regional plans to achieve financial and sales objectives. Monitor expenditures, assess variances, and implement corrective actions proactively. Performance Reporting Present regular performance reports and metrics to senior management with actionable insights. Portfolio Monitoring & Quality Control Monitor the loan book, product mix, yields, and portfolio quality at a regional level. Guide and support Area Sales Managers with necessary course corrections based on data-driven insights. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with functional heads (Product, Marketing, Credit, Operations, Technical, Legal) to drive business metrics and improvements. Provide strategic feedback to refine product offerings, processes, and channel strategies. Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal compliance guidelines within the region. Marketing & Promotions Oversee implementation of regional marketing, advertising, and promotional activities in coordination with the central marketing team. Market Intelligence & Ground-Level Connect Conduct regular branch visits and market checks to stay updated on ground realities and business challenges.
