Regional Business Manager- Athena - Mumbai (Western)

As a Regional Business Manager at Zuventus Healthcare Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing business while also developing new business opportunities in the Asia continent, specifically in India, focusing on the West zone, with a location in Maharashtra, Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include KOL Management, Vacancy Management to ensure timely filling of vacancies with the right candidates, continuous monitoring of stocks, analysis of inventory products, and developing liquidation plans. You will be expected to analyze territories based on various factors such as customer coverage, growth in secondary sales, campaign implementation, product mix, key brand performance, and inventory management. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and presentation skills, a scientific background, influencing abilities, effective selling skills, team development capabilities, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and collaboration skills. Additionally, your education specialization should include a Graduation degree in B.Sc, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a Diploma in Pharmacy. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality sales with zero returns, expiry, and breakage less than a specified percentage. It is crucial to implement all activities to increase productivity and brand building throughout the distribution channel, ensuring availability of all brands, outstanding clearance, and issue settlement.
