In developed countries the penetration is in the 20~40% levels. In India, GN is headquartered in Navi Mumbai. In 2019, GN will post revenues of INR 85 cr (USD 14 mln). GN has been the fastest growing company since 2012 growing revenues @ 24% CAGR. GN is a clear No 2 now in the lucrative retail market with a 16% market share, up from 5% market share in 2011. GN is the most profitable company in the industry with the highest % EBITA margin. Leadership in technology, a clear India strategy and strong execution have been the drivers of this performance. GN operates through a direct dealer network of about 400 customers. The larger key customers account for a disproportionate share of the industry potential and consequently GNs business. Hearing aids are dispensed as a medical device and the dealer (dispenser) makes the brand choice. Among other things, top to top relationship with these customers is important to succeed with them. Given the strong momentum, GN has an opportunity to drive growth higher than the current already high rate. GN has put in place aggressive plans for the 2019~2021 strategy period. The strategy involves executing on multiple key initiatives in parallel with speed and accuracy. The relatively small size ofthe business is deceptive when compared to the complexity of the challenges involved. We have seen that leaders who are comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, are hands on and operate with urgency to push their team as well as the other functions on speedy and quality execution are the ones who normally succeed. Good problem solving, logical reasoning and analytical abilities 4. Ability to organize and execute plans 5. Ability to use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 6. Candidate should be open to travel 15~20 days in a month Education & Experience 1. BASLP with min. 3 yrs. work experience 2. MASLP/M.Sc. Audiology
